May dalawang paraan para makuha at mapirmahan ng buyer ang kanilang Sales Contract. Tatanungin ang buyer sa phone verification kung alin ang kanilang preferred method:
- Pick-up via LBC: Para sa mga buyer na nasa labas ng Metro Manila, maaaring i-pick up ang Sales Contract sa kanilang napiling LBC branch. Kailangan itong ibalik kasama ang kumpletong housing loan documents sa loob ng 7 araw.
- Pagpunta sa Lhoopa Office: Para sa mga buyer na madaling makapunta sa Lhoopa office, maaari nilang personal na pirmahan ang Sales Contract at isumite ang kumpletong housing loan documents doon. Ang office ng Lhoopa ay matatagpuan sa:

There are two ways for the buyer to receive and sign their Sales Contract. During the phone verification, the buyer will be asked for their preferred method:
- LBC Pickup: For buyers outside Metro Manila, the Sales Contract can be picked up at their preferred LBC branch. The signed contract must be returned together with the complete housing loan documents within 7 days.
- Visit the Lhoopa Office: Buyers who are able to visit the Lhoopa office may sign the Sales Contract in person and submit their complete housing loan documents there. The Lhoopa office is located at:
