Maaaring mag-reserve ng bahay sa pamamagitan ng Lhoopa Broker App sa pagsunod sa mga hakbang na ito:

1. Pumunta sa Inventory page at piliin ang property na nais i-reserve ng iyong client.
2. Sa property page, pindutin ang “Pre-Reserve” at sagutan ang reservation form.
3. Siguraduhing ma-upload ang proof of payment ng reservation fee sa loob ng 30 minuto upang maiwasan ang cancellation.
4. I-upload ang mga sumusunod na dokumento ng buyer:

  • Signed Reservation Agreement
  • Buyer’s Information Sheet
  • Signed Proposal Sheet
  • Proof of Income
  • Valid government-issued ID

Kapag na-upload na ang lahat ng dokumento, tatawagan ng Lhoopa representative ang client upang i-verify ang kanilang impormasyon.

Kapag successful ang verification, magpapadala ang Lhoopa ng official congratulatory email sa buyer na naglalaman ng:
1. kanilang Lhoopa Lifetime ID
2. housing loan requirements at deadline ng pagsusumite
3. sales billing na magsisilbing reference para sa buwanang bayad sa downpayment ng unit.

A home can be reserved through the Lhoopa Broker App by following these steps:

1. Go to the Inventory page and select the property your client wants to reserve.
2. On the property page, tap “Pre-Reserve” and fill out the reservation form.
3. Make sure to upload the proof of payment for the reservation fee within 30 minutes to avoid cancellation.
4. Upload the buyer’s following documents:

  • Signed Reservation Agreement
  • Buyer’s Information Sheet
  • Signed Proposal Sheet
  • Proof of Income
  • Valid government-issued ID

Once all documents have been uploaded, a Lhoopa representative will call the client to verify their information.

After successful verification, Lhoopa will send the buyer an official congratulatory email containing:
1. Their Lhoopa Lifetime ID
2. The housing loan requirements and submission deadline
3. The sales billing, which will serve as the reference for the buyer’s monthly downpayment installments.
