Siguraduhing kasama sa cancellation letter ang mga sumusunod:
- Buong pangalan ng principal buyer
- Property details (project, block, at lot)
- Malinaw na pahayag na boluntaryo ang cancellation (kung may refund o walang refund)
- Dahilan ng cancellation
- Pirma at petsa
- Valid ID na may tatlong specimen signatures
Paalala: Ang reservation fee at downpayment ay hindi na maibabalik kung boluntaryong kinansela ng buyer ang reservation.

Yes. A buyer may cancel their reservation by submitting a signed cancellation letter to Lhoopa at customersupport@lhoopa.com.
Make sure the cancellation letter includes the following:
- Principal buyer's full name
- Property details (project, block, and lot)
- A clear statement indicating that the cancellation is voluntary (with refund or without refund)
- Reason for cancellation
- Their signature and date
- A valid ID with three specimen signatures
Note: The reservation fee and downpayment are non-refundable in cases of voluntary cancellation.
